"Gluten-free" are experiencing a boom among consumers worldwide. There are two customer profiles. Celiac people who are intolerant to gluten, and consumers looking for healthier alternatives (for reasons of health, digestive comfort, slimming).

BioGascogne has worked hard to develop a quality system guaranteeing full traceability of its crops all the way to shipping the harvest and has adopted a gluten-free approach.

This aims to:

• Guarantee to processors and consumers ever safer products.
• Encourage the agro-food industry to draw its raw materials from the French agricultural sector rather than from Northern Europe (currently considered safer on the gluten issue)
• Improve the traceability of the gluten-free French sector to encourage exports to markets where gluten-free is already highly developed.
