Zero gluten industry

In its constant search for innovation, BioGascogne is creating a "zero gluten" chain from field to shipment of goods to assure processors and consumers of increasingly safe products.

BioGascogne has established specifications that are at once rigorous and demanding but also very functional. The main principles are:

• Exclusion from the agricultural system of crops containing gluten, enforced in plots of land and storage units (seeds, harvest).
• Machinery that is exclusively "zero gluten".
• A period of transition between the two systems, traditional to organic, to avoid cross contamination.
