Quality approach in production by its network of growers.

• All machines are equipped with log sheets to ensure traceability of the plots of land.
• The sowing equipment, harvesting or transportation will be be used only with products that meet the specifications of organic farming.
• The sowing equipment, harvesting or transporting has a "plug cleaning process" specific to it, which should be applied at each cleaning.
• BioGascogne reserves the right to verify by an authorised person that equipment cleaning was performed following the procedure.
• Each batch shipped must be accompanied by a listing with the date, the name of the operator, the box number, species, variety and original plot of land.
• These sheets will be kept for 5 years.
• The content of the storage cells will be traced: variety(s) and plot(s) of origin.
• Any operation outsourcing, shall respect previous commitments. BioGascogne reserves the right to verify such compliance by an authorised person.
• To comply with the BioGascogne Charter, the methods of production must be coordinated by the BioGascogne company and carried out by a labour force that is properly trained and experienced.
• BioGascogne reserves the right to make any additional analyses on inputs to provide the best guarantees for its customers.
• BioGascogne is committed to ensuring the traceability of its operations from sowing to sale.
• BioGascogne reserves the right to refuse to purchase any non-certified product according to the RCE regulation 834/2007.
